Milk-based liquid food with added vitamins and minerals indicated in the diet of children from one year of age as a complement and integration of a varied and balanced diet. The use of breast milk is recommended even after one year of life. Humana 3 should be included in a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. For proper dental hygiene, do not use the milk bottle as a pacifier. Humana 3 contains iron, which contributes to normal cognitive development, ALA, alpha-linolenic acid, an essential fatty acid that contributes to the development of the brain and nervous tissue, and vitamins A and C and zinc, which contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. Water, skimmed milk powder, lactose , vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed, sunflower), sugar, glucose syrup; emulsifiers: citric acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, calcium citrate, sodium phosphate; acidity regulator: citric acid; vitamin C, pantothenic acid, biotin, vitamin A, vitamin K, vitamin D, potassium chloride, potassium hydroxide, ferrous lactate, vanillin, zinc sulphate, potassium iodide, vitamin E, vitamin B12.

How to use
Clean the bottle or cup thoroughly before each use: prepare the milk before each meal. Do not drink directly from the bottle. Inappropriate preparation and use can be harmful to the health of the child.
1) Shake the bottle.
2) Pour the required amount of milk.
3) Warm the bottle to 37°C.
Warnings
Do not heat in the microwave, risk of burns. Do not reuse leftover milk.
Conservation
Once opened, store upright in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours.
Validity with intact packaging: 10 months.
