Description
Formulat AS is a complete food based on partially hydrolysed proteins, FOS and Betapol, indicated for the dietary treatment of constipation in infants.
Ingredients
Water, skimmed milk , maltodextrin, lactose , vegetable fats and oils [structured vegetable oil (Betapol: structured triglycerides), rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, oil extracted from Mortierella alpina, sunflower oil with high oleic acid content]; hydrolysed whey proteins ( milk ); emulsifier: citric acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; fructooligosaccharides, minerals (potassium salts of orthophosphoric acid, sodium salts of orthophosphoric acid, potassium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, calcium carbonate, calcium chloride, potassium chloride, ferrous sulphate, magnesium carbonate, zinc sulphate, sodium selenite, cupric sulphate, potassium iodide, manganese sulphate); high DHA fish oil, vitamins [L-ascorbic acid, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, nicotinamide, D-pantothenate, calcium; thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, retinyl acetate, folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), phylloquinone (phytomenadione), D-biotin, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin)]; antioxidants (rapeseed lecithin, L-ascorbyl palmitate, tocopherol-rich extract), choline chloride, L-arginine, taurine, inositol, nucleotides [sodium salts of CMP, adenosine-5'-phosphoric acid (AMP), sodium salts of UMP, sodium salts of GMP, sodium salts of IMP]; L-carnitine.

How to use
Shake the brick before opening it and pour the necessary quantity into the previously sterilized bottle. Heat in a bain-marie at approximately 37 °C, before administration.
Warnings
Do not reuse any milk left in the bottle after feeding.
Use the product under medical supervision.
Formulat AS is suitable as the sole source of nutrition, from birth. Breast milk is the ideal food for the infant. If breastfeeding is not possible or sufficient, it is possible to resort, on the advice of the pediatrician, to a formula milk.
Improper preparation or storage may pose health risks.
The expiry date refers to the product stored correctly, in intact packaging.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, avoid exposure to localized heat sources and sunlight. After opening the carton, store the product in the refrigerator.
Validity with intact packaging: 9 months.
Validity after opening: 48 hours.
