Flavo c 50 tablets

Food supplement based on vitamin C, citrus bioflavonoids, dog rose and rutin. Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) is a very important water-soluble vitamin for the wide variety of reactions in which it is involved: it maintains the normal function of the immune system and protects cells from oxidative stress. It supports the normal functioning of the nervous system and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. Furthermore, vitamin C increases the absorption of iron and promotes the formation of collagen for the normal formation of blood vessels and for the normal function of gums, skin, cartilage and bones. Dog rose has a restorative action and contributes to the antioxidant action.

Ingredients
Citrus bioflavonoids; vitamin C: L-ascorbic acid; rose hips (rosa canina L.); rutin; bulking agents: dibasic calcium phosphate; microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide; vegetable magnesium stearate; coating agent: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; humectant: vegetable glycerin.

How to use
Swallow 1/2 tablet per day, with water, preferably with a meal. It is preferable that vitamin C intake does not occur after 6:00 p.m., to avoid situations of evening hyperactivity.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Contraindications
Since it contains bioflavonoids, do not take during pregnancy.
