How to use
It is recommended to take one sachet per day and in any case no more than two sachets during the day.
Dissolve the contents of one sachet (4 g) in approximately one glass of water (80-100 ml). If desired, you can dissolve the contents of the sachet in a cup of hot (not boiling) water.
