AMINOTROPHY GEL
Gelling powder, indicated for the dietary treatment of patients suffering from dysphagia and difficulty swallowing or who require foods with a specifically determined consistency. Aminotrofic GEL is a dietary food intended for special medical purposes that provides a mixture of amino acids that are metabolic mediators of protein synthesis useful for reactivating the synthesis of muscle and plasma proteins in protein malnutrition and in acute and chronic diseases accompanied by loss of muscle mass and in senile or neoplastic sarcopenia.

* Starting from batch no. 16D076 expiry 02/28/2019.
Ingredients
Maltodextrin (from potato), L-leucine; thickeners: xanthan gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; acidity regulators: citric acid, sodium citrate; L-lysine monohydrochloride, L-isoleucine, L-valine, L-threonine, flavourings, L-cystine, L-histidine, L-phenylalanine, L-methionine, sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K; L-tyrosine, L-tryptophan, colouring: beta-carotene; thiamine hydrochloride, pyridoxine hydrochloride.
How to use
We recommend 1-2 sachets per day or as directed by your doctor. Take preferably away from meals to facilitate absorption.
Preparation: pour the contents of one sachet of Aminotrofic GEL into a container, preferably glass, and disperse in 40-60 ml maximum of water at room temperature. Mix until completely dispersed (about 3-4 minutes). Wait until the product reaches the desired consistency. The consistency of the preparation can also be adjusted by changing the amount of water used: a greater quantity will provide a more fluid consistency, a smaller quantity will provide a more solid consistency. Consume preferably immediately after preparation, within 4 hours if stored at room temperature and within 24 hours if stored in the refrigerator. In the event of excessive hardening of the product, which would appear to occur following a prolonged storage time, perform a light stirring to bring the suspension back to the desired degree of gelation.
